EXPO Dry Erase Cleaner
EXPO Dry Erase Cleaner
For optimal performance from your board, keep it clean.
Erase then clean! Remember that it is very important to thoroughly erase a board BEFORE using Expo cleaners. Spraying the cleaner on a board that isn't erased will create a mess!
Clean you EXPO board regularly to extend its life. Spray EXPO cleaner on a paper towel, then use the paper towel to wipe board.
Use dry erase board erasers, made from soft pile or soft felt, only. Chalkboard erasers can scratch your dry-erase board! The fibers in chalkboard erasers can be too rough for the coating on dry erase surfaces.
Most household cleaners are too harsh for a dry erase board and will damage the protecting coat on the dry erase board that makes it erasable. Using nail polish remover, bleach, hair spary, glass cleaner and other alcohol-based solvents may damage the board surface and cause *staining.
Permanent marker on your dry erase board doesn't have to be a permanent mistake!
Remove permanent marker ink from boards with Expo Board Doctor. To use: write over permanent marking, allow solution to dry and simply erase.
Ghosting vs. Staining
Ghosting is caused by chemical build-up that remains on the board after erasing and can be removed with Expo cleaners.
Staining is the pigment trapped on the board. Staining is permanent. Staining can be caused by a surface with poor non-porosity or poor board maintenance due to harsh chemicals.
EXPO Dry Erase Storage
EXPO Dry Erase Storage
